what if the chaos was deliberate?

Needless to say, Iraq is on the brink of civil war. Needless to say, there is a total mayhem going on here and it's barely manageable; some police officers are member of some death brigade, some members from the old Fedayins of Hussein are now infiltrated in every coating of the army, police and security, kamikaze are doing a relentless job and the British and American are suffering heavy casualties from sharp shooters but most of all, from IED. Nevertheless, some peoples think that this chaos is more due from a desire to maintain and create it it rather than a will to tame and to control the situation. After all, ain't that easier to break a society if they live in permanent fear and chaos? I personally don't agree with every aspects of it but the article indeed raises some very good questions and some points that are worthy to be considered and I suggest STRONGLY to all of those who have the time to give it a read:
