Are anarcho-communism, anarcho-capitalism, agorism, anarcho-syndicalism compatible?
I think that individual property is compatible with collective property. As longas the anarchist credo of non-initiation of violence is respected.
The problem might be with anarcho-communism. They don't want to define property boundaries between individuals (At least in the capital goods) and I fail to see how they propose to define property between "collectives". Is it just me or it seem absurd to approve collective property but want to prevent individual property if the former is an aggregate of the later. In the same line of thought, collective initiative must necessarily be an aggregate of individual initiative. As anarcho-communist are anarchist, I would believe that they are predominantly individualist and consider collective entities as fictive and being only the sum of individual interactions, but sometime I wonder.
What is more interesting is if we leave the no-property world and begin to question the extent of property.
Is unlimited-extent first-use homesteading Rothbardian property the way to go? I see a problem with that. Unused and unprotected land being magically the property of someone because he put a fence around it. Or a perfectly usable capital good being wasted in a rotting warehouse.
But then, if I have a car in my garage that is unused and I might use it in the future and I am keeping it for that and I worked for it, I don't want people claiming it...
Also, many anarchists (Of the communist of syndicalist branch) would see an honest business started by 3 associates 10 year ago and employing 50 people as theft. I see it as a success and something profitable for the associates, the employees and everyone in general. Anarcho-communist would ask for the expropriation of the entrepreneur and control by the workers.
Understand me right. I love worker control of business. In my eyes, this is business attitude pushed to a higher degree. Each worker is now an entrepreneur.
But I have a problem with expropriation.
I am confused. What do you all think?
